3. Returns & Exchanges

We strictly do not allow returns or exchanges. Should you receive any products with defects or damages, please write to us at hello@woahgroup.com together with a pictorial proof. Decisions will be made on a case-to-case basis.

4. Payment, Store Credits & Gift Cards

You can check your available credits under "My Account" > "Store Credits".

Gift cards are great for times when you are unsure of what to get for your buddy.

Fret not, we got you covered! 

You can purchase gift card(s) in denotation of $20, $50 or $100.

All gift cards have an expiry of 1 year from the date of purchase.

5. Loyalty Program

You can sign up as our loyalty member by creating an account with us.

At the moment we only offer 1 tier. However, we are definitely looking into expanding our loyalty program just for you!

During your birthday month, enjoy double points on your first purchase of the month.

$1 = 2 Points

Receive 1 point for every $1 spent on our website. 

Subsequently, you can use your accumulated points to exchange for WOAH$ to offset your purchases. 50 points will earn you 1 WOAH$.

All WOAH$ are non-transferable.

All WOAH$ have an expiry of 12 months from the date of issue.

All unredeemed WOAH$ will be forfeited.

Do allow it 24 hours before the WOAH$ to be reflected in your account. You may also write to us at hello@woahgroup.com for further assistance. 

6. Refer a Friend

Share your referral link with a friend.

For every successful sign-up, both you and your friend will receive 50 points.

Once they have made their first purchase, both you and your friend will receive additional 200 points.

All points will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
